We meet the 2nd Friday of the month at Westech Mechanical, 4755 Fox St.
in Denver. Meetings start at 7pm. Members bring refreshments in
alphabetical order according to their last name. See the listing in
your newsletter.
If you have any suggestions for
speakers at our meetings, please let our
Education Director know.
Please be sure to visit the RMSA
Store at the meetings which will be open during breaks. You will find
special edition RMSA t shirts, bird toys, foods, gifts, and lots more. Our
fund raising chairman brings in new items frequently, so be sure to browse the
store often.
Members bring their birds to the
meeting quite often so you can meet different kinds of pet birds. When
bringing your bird to meetings, or anywhere outside of your house, be sure the
wings are clipped and use a carrier! A breeze can easily give birds with
clipped wings enough lift to fly away.
Supervised children are welcome at
our meetings.

Elections
The Holiday Party is a potluck; bring your favorite dish,
dessert, appetizer, etc. There will also be a Yankee Gift Exchange which
is always lots of fun! To join in, bring a gift for adults valued between
$15 - $20; for kids bring a gift valued between $10 - $15.
The annual elections will be held during the business portion
of the meeting. Positions up for club elections are:

2 Delegates to AFA
Games Manager is a president appointed position and is renewed
each year.
If you are interested in running for a position please notify
a board member. Nominations are open until the beginning of the election
process on the evening of December 14th. This is your opportunity to give
back to your club with your talents and expertise!
